Customers can expect to receive their order within 3 working days plus there is the added security off us being able to track the progress of your order by using the Trackback number which is supplied to us by
R.M. or DHL at the time of posting.
Most orders, after payment clearance are delivered within 3 working days
but please allow up to 15 days for delivery,
we aim to send orders out the same day if placed by 4.30pm.
*Occasionally there are times when DHL will use a third party to deliver orders

then there is the quicker option of Special Delivery
which is Guaranteed Next Day by 1.00 pm
- not guaranteed during heavy snowfall; Bank Holidays & Public Holidays are exempt,
there is a charge of £7 for this service.

Special Delivery - Saturday £9.00
If you need your item sent over the weekend, you can also arrange a
guaranteed Saturday Delivery.

European Countries - Airsure £15
Air sure which is electronically tracked all the way to the final delivery address to certain destinations only. Both these services receive priority handling abroad.Expected Delivery from 5 days.

Naturally we hope you will be happy with your purchase, however, should you feel it necessary to return your unworn order; please use the mailing bag supplied along with the "addressed" self adhesive returns label within 14 days (28 days outside UK) of the trackback receivership date assigned to the parcel by Royal Mail/DHL (not the date you ordered the items) as explained in our terms and conditions, after this time, vouchers will be issued. On receipt of your return, we aim to refund your payment that Same Day but please allow us 48 hours to process this return excluding postage costs.
